Composition:

Material:

The valve body is made of grey iron, when the specification is DN350 or above, it is made of ductile iron, the valve plate and valve shaft are made of stainless steel, which can effectively prevent rust, and the valve seat is made of EPDM, and we have passed the WRAS certification. Flanges are in accordance with EN1092, ANSI B 16.1 standards, we can also provide other flange standard types.

Principle of operation:

The medium is only allowed to flow in one direction and is prevented from flowing in the opposite direction. The valve works automatically, under the pressure of fluid flowing in one direction, the flap opens; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the pressure of the fluid and the self-weight of the flap combine with the flap to act on the valve seat, thus cutting off the flow.
