Components.

Material:
The ball, valve body and valve stem are made of 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel. Seals are mostly PTFE, PFA or metal. Seats and packings are PTFE.
Standard:
The usual standards are ANSI, DIN, BS, GOST, and in the case of food and pharmaceutical applications there are also national standards for food and pharmaceutical valves such as FDA and GMP.
Application:
Mostly used in petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical, water treatment, paper making, metallurgy, electric power and other industries for fluid control.
