Composition:

Mute check valve consists of valve body, valve seat, conductor, valve flap, spring and other parts. The internal flow channel adopts streamline design, head loss is about 1/3-1/4 compared with similar check valves, at the same time, when the pump stops, its valve flap in the multi-spring closure time is short, and can be quickly closed to avoid water hammer to prevent the huge sound of water, the formation of mute effect.

Material:

Valve body material can choose ductile iron, grey iron, cast steel, stainless steel, flanges in accordance with EN1092/ANSI B16.1 Class 125 and other standards, you can also send us the flange standards you need, we also have other standards to choose from. Actually DN50-DN300,EPDM cover rubber has passed WRAS certification.

Working Principle:

When water flows in the direction, the valve stays open and allows water to flow through normally. However, when the flow is reversed, the spring-assisted poppet closes quickly, thus preventing backflow and the associated water hammer effect. This design efficiently regulates flow and reduces the damaging effects of water hammer in the system.
