Strictly Managed Production Process

We manufacture casting molds according to EN 593 U type Butterfly Valve design standards to ensure accurate dimensions. After casting and demolding, the valve body is precision machined using CNC machines, including cutting, milling and drilling, to ensure that all parts of the valve meet the design requirements.EATHU conducts air tightness and hydraulic pressure tests on every valve, with zero tolerance for defective products. After surface treatment and anti-corrosion coating according to the design standard and customer's requirements, we again inspect the finished product.

Well-equipped QC Center

Our QC center controls the quality of production in strict accordance with ISO 9001 quality system standards, and analyzes the chemical composition of cast iron raw materials entering the factory. During the casting process, key parameters such as mold temperature, melting temperature, casting time, etc. are monitored in real time to ensure the stability of the process parameters, and in the middle of the process, we keep on sampling in order to prevent unqualified products.
