Composition:

We design according to BS 5163, the gate valve valve design provides for a female threaded stem, wedge gate, metal or elastomer body seat, copper alloy or ferrous metal inner parts, and a variety of operating methods. The maximum working pressure of the valve is 16 bar, EPDM/BUNA O-rings are used, the seal is covered with a dust seal, in addition, the valve's pressurized cast iron parts are painted to prevent rusting, and the valve's internal and external surfaces are suitably treated.

1.BS 5153 gate valve is used for underground water supply pipeline projects, mainly for drinking water pipeline projects.

2.The valve has been subjected to 1,000 operating cycles at an operating rate of 6 cycles per minute from fully closed to fully open and from fully open to fully closed position under circulating hydrostatic pressure.

3. The interior and exterior surfaces are coated with a fusion bonded epoxy resin in accordance with ANSI/AWWA C550 to provide reliable corrosion resistance.
